“This is my second stay at the cottage and it was just as pleasant as the first. It's extremely private, quiet and surrounded by a lovely garden. The host is wonderful and check in was seamless. I'm looking forward to further stays ”

“We just stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful, cleanliness was exceptional, everything you need is supplied, the hot tub and back yard was an A plus, the washer and dryer came in very handy. So many restaurants in the area to choose from and the most beautiful beach Siesta Key was no more than ten minutes and free parking. The whole experience here was exceptional. ”

“Conveniently located. This is a beautiful and spacious home. The staff were super responsive and kind. The traffic is a little loud due to its central location, but not horrible. Ice/water dispenser didn’t work but they ordered the part while we were there.”

The house was a haven of cleanliness and comfort, equipped with everything we needed, including beach furniture that enhanced our experience. “We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, very well stocked with supplies, and just a short block to Lido Beach. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Sarasota.”

“The property was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. The couch was really four hassocks and was very hard and uncomfortable. Some of the other furniture was not as pictured and the bathroom was very small. There were stairs to the place that could use some work and steps up to the bathroomand bedroom. We would not stay in that neighborhood again and I don’t know why a gym was listed. We did communicate since we arrived late each evening. ”

“Clean, quiet, fully stocked with everything needed for stay. Bed was comfortable. Pool patio with bubbler providing relaxing background sound. Steven addressed our queries quickly. Very nice overall.”

“I needed a quiet spot, walking distance to the beach for a brain break, and this property was just perfect. It was well stocked, had a quiet, peaceful private courtyard, and ample, comfortable space for me to work in and also sleep well and relax.”

“The kitchen counter are tape. they need new arborite. the whole apt needs painting. There is no starter to the BBQ.Windows are dirtys. the is a dead animal (lezard) between the kitchen window and the screen.”

“This was a basement room with an add-on kitchen. Nothing like pictured. Not very clean. Not really any waterfront view or access. Your grandma might like it. ”
