“The property was in the perfect location! Walk on direction and you are standing on a beautiful beach in under 5 mins. Walk the other direction and you are on the strip with lots of wonderful places to eat in undet 10 mins. We will be going back.”

“This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit……

“A quiet, comfortable, and clean place close to the beach. Unfortunately, the 10 a.m. check-out time is inconvenient; you have to rush out to meet the check-out time and can't enjoy anything that day. They should consider changing it to at least 11 a.m.”

“This property was great and it is a quick walk to the beach and village. The Cabana suited our family of four. We had enough space to spread out and relax. If we return to Siesta Key, we would stay here again.”

“I loved everything about this cottage! The decor and finishes are absolutely top-notch, the bed was super comfortable, and there was enough space to chill via the couch or the table and chairs. The owners were wonderful to work with as well. Very close to the beach (legitimately across the street), and we even walked to the village a few times even though there are PLENTY of low/no cost transportation options. I will definitely be back to the area and stay at any of the owner's properties if……
