“The condo has a hard to beat location. Within a very short walk to Siesta Village. The beach is very nice. The pool is very nice, but it does have adult only hours for two hours every day from either 1-3 pm or 3-5 pm, depending on the time of year. The exterior of the building is undergoing renovations, which was disclosed by the owner beforehand. The renovations were very intrusive and interrupting, but hopefully they will be completed in the future before anyone else stays there. The condo is……

“The property was a touch small but not bad at all for a couple. The owner was very responsive when we lost track of the gate code and when we had another question during the week. The Siesta beach is really just 100 yards away so the location trumps any other petty little concern you could have.”

“Excellent location right on the beach! Quiet and relaxing. The property provides beach loungers and you can bring your own umbrella or rent one for the day or your stay. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and liked that there were 2 Queen Beds in the one bedroom. Furnishings were a little worn around the edges, but was comfortable and had all we needed for cooking and even a cooler for the beach, ”

“We absolutely loved the place. Already planning on going back next year. It was very clean. The kitchen has every small appliance you could want. Good quality cookware if you're into cooking in. Nice comfortable bedding. We had plenty of bath towels. They supply everything you need for the beach. Chairs, towels, umbrella, and even a cart if you need to bring a cart to the beach. The beach is literally right across the street. I would say a three minute walk. There is plenty of free……
