“Really enjoyed the stay and location. ”

“Pros: Conveniently located to beaches, dining, and shopping. Looked/felt like a safe neighborhood. Unit nicely decorated. Detailed instruction book provided in unit.Cons: Property listing says basic soaps provided, but there was no soap of any form in either shower. We had to bring the bottle of hand soap from the sink into the shower. As for shampoo, you are hard-pressed to find even a budget hotel that doesn’t provide shampoo and conditioner.There were only two of us, and we each took one……

“Very nice condo. We were close to the intercoastal end of the property, where a pool and hot tub overlook the water. An easy walk over to the beach, with private access. Such a nice property!”

“This property was amazing!! It was very clean, well put together, everything we needed was available! Gary was very responsive and pays attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the carpet was amazing!! The instructions were the best I’ve ever seen. We didn’t have any issues with getting beach chairs but it was off season. Loved the short walk to stores, restaurants and bars. We will rent from Gary again!!”

“This was a great stay for our family. The condo was clean and was decorated nicely. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The amenities were nice - two good pools, a hot tub and tennis courts. It was also nice to walk to the beach and have chairs set up for you. The complex had lots of people staying there, but it was quiet and didn’t have any problems with noise. You could walk to some restaurants, but it was about a 20 minute walk. We’ve been to the area before, but I appreciated the……
