“It was perfect for my family of 4 for our beach vacation!!”

“Our five-night stay at Gertrude's Siesta provided the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation as we celebrated our daughter's wedding on SK Beach. The property offered ample space for our nine family members, who ranged in age from 26-86. The elevator provided safe and easy access to the four floors, particularly when moving luggage and items for the reception. Communication and coordination with the owner and local manager was outstanding, particularly when additional household items were……

“Excellent stay as described, full ki hen was awesome. Gas grill sould be nice but the grill worked fine (charcoal). ”

“Property was very dated. Noisy street location for the guest bedroom; master was fine. Property is located in a good condo complex. Private beach not crowded at all. Set in a very lush tropical garden. Not what we expected but adequate for our visit. If the new owner is going to continue to rent he needs to perform some major renovations/updates.”

“Location was great! They supplied all beach items including a wagon. The response time was beyond quick, and there everything was beyond stocked. We would stay here again! The waterfall didn’t work though, but that’s the only complaint ”

“Everything was as expected. Great place, close to everything, and very convenient. The house has everything you need to make a your stay pleasant. The only thing I would suggest, is to change some of the mattresses in the bedrooms which are kind of hard. Everything else is excellent. I would definitely come back. ”

“Great location as a short straight walk to public access beach. Fantastic balcony views of ocean from all levels. Tastefully decorated home with a clean community private pool in back. Plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas for use. No complaints, highly recommend.”

“Stunning!! We had the absolute best time staying here and will definitely be back!! The house was PERFECT and beautiful! Had everything you could possibly need. Was in the perfect location. Very short walk to Siesta Key Village, the beach, and the bus stop with a canal in the back with plenty of fish and we even got lucky enough to see a manatee swimming by. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Looking forward to our next stay. ”
