“This property was great and it is a quick walk to the beach and village. The Cabana suited our family of four. We had enough space to spread out and relax. If we return to Siesta Key, we would stay here again.”

“my friends and I traveled from across the country to meet for our annual “girls” trip. Location is amazing. You can walk to the beach, you can rent cabanas and there are lounge chairs for your use. The pool is sparkling and the trolley stop is right outside the property entrance. I just love Siesta key and this is a wonderful place to get away from it all, but have easy access to all of the fun and shopping. ”

“Very cute! The house had everything we needed and the private pool is a must after a long day at the beach! Kayaking in the morning on the bay right out back was such a great way to start the day! ”

“Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. ”

“For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key.”

“This property was amazing! The home was very clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and was perfectly located near both the beach and the village. They had bicycles for us to use, and a beach wagon with sun umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels making our short trek to the beach a breeze. Paige was an incredibly attentive and responsive host and their entire maintenance and cleaning crew (especially Jeff) were so helpful and welcoming. We loved how convenient this property's location was……

“The property was perfect for our family. We had enough space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, game room and the patio to grill. the neighbors were friendly! I would put a rug in front of the pool patio door inside to catch any dirt walking in, and that area can be very slippery with wet feet walking on the tile. Great stay! ”

“The place was beautiful, tastefully furnished and decorated, and so clean! Plenty of towels and nice sheets. Loved the amenities like the pool and the beach chairs. The best part is the location - right across the street from a fantastic beach, close enough to walk to the main business district but not so close that you have to deal with all the people of you don’t want to. Perfect place for a couple looking for some R&R!”
