“Beautiful room and great service. I only deducted a point, because breakfast was 145 SAR ($40!!) Not good value at all. But the staff was very polite and helpful, they upgraded my room to a huge suite, and the hotel was spotless.”

“I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. ”

“The hotel excelled in everything. However, management should note that their clients come from all over the world. They need to ensure that the hotel provides electric plugs compatible with various types of phone chargers, not just those used in the Middle East.”
