“I gave three stars for around the property, as I’m not sure, so I cannot give it an honest rating. I arrived just before midnight, just wanted to give my kids a good night sleep before we’re back on road to Toronto. Front desk worker was really friendly, check in was smooth and quick. ”

“The hotel exceeded my expectations! It’s a really good option for this money. The hotel is old, but clean enough. A bit loud, but it was comfortable to sleep. Breakfast is good, for every taste. Underground parking is a very convenient option.”

“The staff is amazing at this hotel and excellent service. The building is very nicely updated and they are making every effort to maintain it. Just location downtown meant that we did have several drunk people trying to get into our room by mistake but that isnt the hotels issue. They have one entrance to hotel from front lobby at night to try to keep issues to a minimum (I think?). Thisnis the second time we have stayed at this hotel. There is a slight smell of urine in bathroom and front lobby……

“From the outside nice looking old hotel. Inside it was rundown and not the cleanest. We only had one towel and the coffee maker still had old grounds in it. No where to hang clothes or even put your luggage”
