“The worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at! When we arrived at the reception, we saw the staff were not wearing any uniform, not even smart casual, I didn’t know who was staff who was a customer, and I got confused when a person took our luggage into the storage room, I wasn’t sure if he’s legit. The bathroom drain was blocked, and one of the bathroom lights was broken. If the housekeeping had ever cleaned the bathroom, how would the hotel not know the drain was blocked? Also on the second……

“Short stay for 3 nights in apartment. The staff greeted us and were very welcoming. There was a shock though having to pre authorise £300 on card. I should have read the small print but did seem excessive. The apartment is spacious and perfect for what we needed. The stairs are a killer though especially with luggage etc. All the basics are there cutlery crockery etc. There are no drinks provided tea coffee etc unlike in main hotel.
