“Overall, this was a great studio for our two-nights in Telluride. This town is very walkable and we were within easy-walks to dinning, shopping and the gondola. Plus, it is adjacent to a great little grocery store with pizza by the slice and other goodies. The location is quiet and rest full and the heat floors are great. The staff were wonderful and the price very reasonable. We are happy we found this place. ”

We found the apartment to be cozy, clean, and comfortable as well as reasonably well stocked with almost everything we needed for our stay. “The unit itself is cute and cozy. But upon arrival there was buckets of tools and a shopvac sitting inside, some construction dirt on the floor. I messaged Kevin and the only responses i get are automated. It was annoying to say the least. I mean who wants to spend that kind of money for a romantic night and have buckets of tools sitting around?! “Our family had a wonderful stay at Tom's house. It's a perfect location - a great neighborhood with greenspaces and pathways easily navigable to downtown where we enjoyed walking and biking for meals and entertainment. Tom's house also had a beautiful and open kitchen and gathering spaces (both indoor and outdoor) that were just delightful for morning family breakfasts and porch sitting as we watched the sun go down over those stunning mountains.
