“Absolutely love this place!!! Lovely location . The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the rooms were very clean and updated. The staff were super friendly Would definitely stay again.”

“Mainly stayed for Keswick Convention. Walkable distance from Base Camp and Main Tent at Skiddaw Street. It's quiet and near a scenic view from a river nearby. The lawn of the Hotel brings rabbits and relaxing atmosphere to guests. Friendly staff and great self-served breakfast. A good balance of price and service. Will definitely visit again.”

“Beautifully located with views over lake and hills. Great manor house wooded interior with a maze of landings and hallways. Decorated in a great jumble of styles.
