“Lovely hotel with good old fashioned service. Large, comfortable room, with a super king sized bed. Lovely staff who looked after us. The decor was a little tired, but overall good and would come back and recommend. Great location, very handy for the train station, theatre and sea front.”

“Host very kind and friendly, room is clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate, and a bottle of water in the minifridge. Great location with a sea view, you can open your window and listen to the sound of the sea. Bathroom is good but I would've appreciated somewhere to hang up our towels as there really wasn't much space for that.”

“Booked the Miricia 4 months in advance for my wife's birthday, paid extra for the best room with stunning sea view only to be told when we arrived that the hotel had been vacant since January but no one could be bothered to inform me otherwise I would have rearranged or cancelled for a later date, I'm absolutely disgusted that the owner couldn't find the time to inform me in 4 months, pathetic. If it wasn't for Shelley at the phoenix court hotel who was brilliant our break would have been……
