I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them. Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time. I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).”

“The location is good, with the bus station to the airport right in front of the hotel enhance and restaurants/bar nearby. There is a 24-hr reception so night flight and late check-in are totally fine, the staffs are also nice and offer us free printing. The overall experience is much better than expected! :)”

“I really enjoyed staying here. We got the deluxe room because it was the only one left on the night we needed but I have no regrets, it was great. It was a very sunny day so our room was very hot but reception sorted us out with a fan very quickly. All of the staff were lovely :) I enjoyed the decor and I thought the nightclub was fun (I didn't actually go into the nightclub, but I felt like I got a VIP experience dancing in my room).
