“Wonderful spot around the corner to coffee shops, restaurants, shops and breweries. Within walking distance of the N Mississippi Ave area and the Alberta Arts district for more. Spring time flowering trees and shrubs everywhere. The house was charming, spotless and comfortable. We felt right at home. Our host was immediately helpful with any questions we had. Wonderful stay, thanks so much!”

“The accomodations were as described, more than we imagined actually, as we gathered to celebrate our friend. The weather was perfect, Mt Hood offered incredible views and the river is therapeutic.Great, prompt and accurate communication from our host.”

“I stayed with my family here with family over Spring Break for 2 nights while we went to Wings and Waves and the museum. The hot tub was very nice, the place was spacious and very clean, and it’s walking distance to downtown which has great dining options. Great place ”

“The property was beautiful. The house was really nice and the beds were super comfy. The hot tub and backyard were the best part of our trip. 🧡”

“This property overall is a really good rental with lots of space and a very open and airy feel to the apartment. It has all of the things you need to have a good stay. There are a few things that might need improving to make this a 5 Star Stay. If you are staying here and need to work from home using Wi-Fi I would look for another location that has better Wi-Fi. “Plenty of room for two couples to spread out. We loved the patio and fire pit. Quick walk to downtown. Safe area. The sitting room and fireplace was lovely for morning coffee. Loved to read about the history of this place. Street noise is a minor nuisance but a noise machine solved that at night. We would stay again. ”

“We stayed here while visiting family and it was a comfortable spot to relax in after a day of activities. The back yard was securely fenced in for our dog, and our toddler loved running around. We had everything we needed to prep our groceries for meals and snacks. The street outside is mildly busy, but there is a back entrance to the driveway that made it safer to move kids and animals in and out.”

And its location can't be beat - just a short walk to downtown Carlton, an easy drive to McMinnville, and convenient access to everything that Willamette Valley wine country has to offer. “My husband and I stayed in McMinnville, arriving on a very cold evening. I wondered if the home could be warm enough because it is wonderfully spacious. We were toasty and comfortable all night. Well appointed, PERFECT for a family get away or a friends' weekend. It is a home from the early 20th century, but has been tastefully and wisely updated. Still has its charm, but functions like a modern home. The owner even left a bottle of wine to welcom us. One vert small drawback: a……
