“The apartment was in lovely condition and well maintained but what I appreciated most was the host’s responsive communication and kindness. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and stress-free, even calling a cab for us when I had issues with my phone. Highly recommended!”

“This is a lovely and comfortable home within walking distance of Perth. There’s a comfortable sitting room a large dining room for morning breakfast and the rooms were clean and quiet. Graham was the young man managing the property while I was staying and he was wonderful to talk to and most helpful with anything I needed. The breakfasts were delicious and had a huge array of options. I highly recommend it.”

“Amazing!! Just outside Perth stands this amazing manor home! The staff couldn’t be nicer and absolutely accommodating. We arrived late afternoon and asked about high tea. They were able to accommodate us. It was great! Of all the places we stayed, we would love to come back to this one and spend a week relaxing. In the evening we went to their restaurant/bar and enjoyed some great cocktails! The bartender was knowledgeable on her liquors and gave us a nice pour! Can’t recommend this one……

“Stayed here with our two dogs . Beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting, owners and staff great , breakfast fab and we ate there both nights and it was great . Brilliant beer garden at the rear we loved it here and will definitely return here with our boys . Great location for getting out and about sightseeing ”

“The hotel is unique and positioned on the main road so access is easy. The staff were attentive to the guests, friendly and very obliging. There are no parking facilities at the hotel but there is a multi story car park close by. The hotel is in need of refurbishment, in particular the windows in order to suppress road noise. This is a friendly hotel, ideally situated for the center of town and surrounding places of interest. It does need to be refreshed. ”

“Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The entrance area, bar and restaurant were fantastic. The rooms are dated but still acceptable. Our room needed a good clean would be my only major criticism.”
