“Scott was lovely, getting us at reception. Got to check in early. Rooms are spacious and clean. The mattress could do with replacing as very soft. The AC didn't work - was replaced with a fan in the meantime. Breakfast was Scottish Continental. Decent and everyone one may need is available. Location is convenient for city center and events in the Ovo Hydro ”

“Pleasant stay, easy parking in front of the hotel, quick and easy check in from friendly staff. Clear instructions were given on the layout of the hotel, where all the facilities were, opening times of restaurants etc. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was cramped and in need of updating (old shower over bath design).”

“the bed is large and soft,but there is no tooth.brush and.tooth paste in the bathroom.the bath tub is not.clean.enough.the breakfast is great but they serve.the same. thing everyday.it is good overall.”

“Spacious room , friendly staff and the location is great - it’s just 5 mins by walk from the Waverley train station. The SPA was nice and The breakfast was great too. I was very happy with my stay. ”

“Excellent. 10/10 The only feedback would be: was kind to offer complimentary sweets but they were not vegetarian so couldn’t eat. Otherwise great staff, free parking on site for the days and convenient location from where I needed to be. ”
