“This property is not what I expected—the old house part of the building is beautiful and the view from the hotel is beautiful too! But the property has added wings that are architectural mismatched and it gives a strange ambiance. There are conditional issues such as stained carpeting in hallways, but rooms are nice and comfortable. Service is a mixed bag—-valet and baggage guys were great…retail shop clerk was super nice….front desk was adequate but not friendly and didn’t try to make you feel……

“1. Location is good 2. Bell boy is proactive when checkin 3. Room is clean basically BUT RATs are running on the ceiling, you can clearly hear the sound of them. 4. Reception staffs are chit chatting loudly in the lobby. 5. Showing water are actually cold while the temperature is 4degree Celsius. Will not come again because of the horrible mouse during the night.”
