“The premise provides a relatively economical accommodation option in Edinburgh. While it is not particularly close to the prime areas, there is good access to public transport, enabling us to explore the city easily. Room is a bit small but sufficient for a short stay. Breakfast is fantastic with loads of options.”

“Old but the room is clean. There was some trouble when checking in, due to a system failure either of Hotels.com or the hotel itself. Fortunately, the receptionist was very patient, and helped us check in despite all the difficulties. ”

“Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all . What’s worse is that the supervisor gave us a lame excuse ,……

“The staff from reception desk to restaurant/bar to housekeeping were all excellent, helpful, friendly during my whole stay. Two key staff were brilliant, Anton - he was friendly, approachable and gave hints and tips of places to see and go as a newbie in Glasgow. Also, the lady (sorry forgot her name) who accommodated me with a conference room for my job interview. ”
