“Friendly service ”

“I booked late and last minute through an app, but it was no problem. After over 5 hours of driving I was ready to relax and sleep and Bay Tree was perfect for this. I booked the single room with ensuite so had to climb to the top floor but did this with ease, even with three bags. The room was clean and wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and set me up well for my drive home. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Hopefully in nicer weather so I could……

“A wonderful visit to this beautiful, well run and happy pub. Genuinely a delight to spend time here. All the staff are excellent, special recognition to Elijah, Hobbs and Kelly for being above and beyond brilliant. Also, Adam made checking in quick and easy. Car park is handy and the number plate system is very simple to use. Food was delicious (we ate in both evenings) and the chef was very happy to accommodate our special dietary needs. Same with the delicious breakfast. The whole pub looked……

“On arrival we were advised that Unfortunately the hot water system had failed with this information it was our decision to stay. The hotel management and staff could not have been more helpful. The weather played a major factor in our terminating our stay a day early Again the management were very understanding we will return as everyone has left a memorable impression. ”

“I've only one minor niggle, that being the shower. It took a long time to warm up and the pressure was weak. The hosts were brilliant. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. I definately think it was value for money! Thankyou!”
