“Very nice pastoral and quiet hotel, great activities for kids. Excellent service. No balcony on basic room.”

“I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. Room and facility features and services were as advertised and as expected, consistent with the other HI hostels where I have stayed. “The attitude, the cleanliness, the pool, the cabin, the landscaping, the yard area. everything is perfect”

“The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. ”

“I did not have a change to stay but they did understand it was out my hands and they gave me a voucher for 2 years. They didn’t have to but they went above and beyond and I will definitely stay in this place in the future and for more days. I book another place in Jerusalem and they didn’t want to give me a voucher, they didn’t even want to consider a voucher or change of dates. So I do recommend this place to anyone. ”
