“Perfectly located in downtown area within minutes of walking to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff who are accommodating and go above and beyond. Breakfast options were great too. Being able to reserve a parking spot was a plus since we had a car. ”

“My cousin & I chose this hotel as a base camp for hiking on Terceira because of its close location to Monte Brasil, the harbour & lots of restaurants. All the staff were very kind, thoughtful & helpful. We were checked in by Fluberto, who gave us good advice for our 1st hike & Lisandra connected us with an amazing taxi driver (Vasco) who was bilingual, and assisted us with our late check out request. We met Jeff, the owner & his lovely dog (Whiskey)- you can tell he has put a lot of thought……
