“My wife and I have been to the Plunge a few years ago and I must report that the service has gone down dramatically. The staff at the beach bar needs to be trained better in customer service skills, and their attitude towards the customer needs a drastic improvement. If you want to be waited on and receive food in a timely manner do not sit at any of the tables that surround the bar, because all of the servers avoid you as if you were a bother to them. “Snooze is a smaller hotel but the GM does a great job. The hotel is clean, in a great location - convenient to the beach and great restaurants. The GM, Matt, is very kind, explains everything in detail and is very accommodating. This was an amazing find for my wife and I. We would happily stay again if we are back in the Ft Lauderdale area and highly recommend Snooze Hotel to others. ”
