“This rental is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown Rockport with all the shops and restaurants. It also has beach access to Old Garden Beach, just a 5-minute walk down Caleb's Lane. The unit is clean and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable here and we would stay again.”

“I would 100% come back to this place. Our suite was absolutely amazing, and very clean. It is spacious, has a very big and cool shower, has great ac and giant tv, plenty of light, has a safe, and the biggest, most comfortable bed I have ever laid on. The pillows aren’t as comfortable as the bed, and the breakfast is very limited, but there is plenty of breakfast/brunch places in walking distance, so it was not a big deal. Also, you may have to pay for parking! But, I 1000% recommend staying……

“Well kept, nice amount of space, designed well for kids and adults. Good amount of kitchen supplies. Easy walk into town and beach. There is a busy road along side of house, but sound was not a problem, and it is not easily accessible to little ones. Lovely park and playground are a block away. Host was easy to reach and very responsive.”

“First time staying at flagship. Front desk woman was very friendly and super helpful. I didn’t have to drive all weekend. Everything was within walking distance. Loved sitting by the pool after a day at the beach. The room was immaculate upon entering. The AC cooled the room perfectly. Thanks. ”
