“A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! ”

“Manse in the Beach is the perfect getaway. Just opposite a lovely beach which my dog and I had to ourselves. From arriving I felt right at home, the accomodation is beautiful and Sarah & Brian are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. I had poached eggs bacon & sourdough bread just yum . “Arrived very late one night off the ferry at Belfast, friendly team, clean warm room just a bit oldy worldly. Overall, a cheap option. ”

“Checked in quickly by an amazing female member of staff on front desk. We were shown around the hotel and arrangements were made for breakfast. Our room over looked the beer garden which was slightly noisy but there was a function ongoing which ran into the night. The room was spotless, there was water, tea and coffee supplied and we had a super comfy bed. For breakfast there was a continental breakfast available and you could also have a cooked breakfast. “Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.”
