We wanted some place not too far so we didn't spend a lot of time on the road, near water, & relatively affordable. Sail Away at COBE it was. It took us only 1-hr and change to get there from where we live 25 mins past Fredericksburg. Smack dab on the beach front Sail Away is incredibly convenient & easy. It's decorated just as I would decorate a beach apt. and it had everything one……

“This was a really unique find, right near downtown area. So many great shops and lovely park area. We even took the train, that was just a couple blocks away, into DC for the day! Mind you, the sound of the trains can be heard, but didn't disturb me. I actually enjoyed listening to them. My bed was very, very comfortable and was very pleased with everything offered. The host was quick to respond and very helpful!”

“It was wonderful to be able to get up in the morning and walk downstairs to get a great cup of coffee to start my day (although a coffee-maker is provided in the apartment as well, so the walk down isn't necessary). Apartment was very pleasant and the parking spot convenient. The only downside is the fact that it is right across the street from the train depot...bring a pair of good earplugs and you'll be good to go.”
