“I need to file a complaint. The front desk at this hotel forcibly charged me a resort fee, even though I clearly already paid $66 when I booked the hotel through Expedia. They refused to listen to me. I felt discriminated against.”

“This is our go to place when we are in Laughlin. Very nice swimming pool and a lot of dining area inside the hotel. We have a toddler and we love the playground there.”

“The hotel had amazing customer service, their general store is open 24/7 and they serve hot food all day. The only thing I will say is I did not see anywhere on Hotels.com that said their pool was out of service due to maintenance but it was. The hotel’s website itself does state that clearly but I did not book through the hotels website, I booked through Hotels.com. Other than that they hotel offers a “private beach front” on the river that’s amazing and worked out perfectly since the hotel……

“The staff weee great and the building is good. I would have rated this hotel higher except they allow pets and someone’s dog was howling piteously for about an hour in the morning, this set off someone else’s dog barking off and on. The breakfast is fine but you’re near the casino where people are smoking so that made it less appealing”
