“Had a disappointing experience with the valet service. When I arrived and gave my last name, the valet repeatedly questioned it and made me spell it several times, while giving me a very dismissive and judgmental look. It felt like my name was being treated as strange or unacceptable. This kind of behavior made me feel deeply disrespected as a guest. A hotel of this level should ensure that all staff treat people with equal courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their name or background.”

“Everyone that encountered help from was very accommodating . Carlos in valet was kind and helpful. Overall I’d recommend it here. The only reason I gave a 4 in cleanliness would be due to my room #1303 had a bathroom sink leak and the shower/bath needs fixing and was flooding ”

“worst customer service ever，kick me out at midnight，stupid reason is my visa card doesnt have chip on it. And that card I have done the payment at first day when I was checking in. They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave the hotel. And talk in a really mean way. The manager was sitting in her office all time and doesn’t even wanna show up to solve the problem until I was almost freaking out at the front desk. Then i……
