“Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county.”

“The property is beautiful and comfortable inside and out. The kitchen is modern and the beds are very comfortable. The guest guide is very helpful and well written/unambiguous. The host is very available and communicative. I had a little bit of trouble on arrival because I didn't realize there were 2 lock boxes on the shelf brackets, one on each end of the shelf. “One of the best house rental stays we have had. The house is even better than described. So thoughtfully decorated for beach fun and comfort. Beautiful lighting throughout the house, especially in the living room. “I stayed here with my 2 sisters for our annual sisters trip. It was the perfect place to sit, drink wine and reconnect. Our favorite spot was the large, rustic farm table in the kitchen. While at the penthouse, this is where we spent most of our time. You can tell, this is a wise table -- we laughed, cried and argued (but mostly laughed) and I'm sure this table seen plenty of that, hence it's wisdom.
