“Die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Frühstück ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Rückseite der Frühstückstheke würde ich anders gestalten.”
“Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. ”

“We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot.
Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in.
The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern”
“Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area.
The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace.
The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan.
The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area.……
“It was a dream to spend our night in Lucerne here. Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioning works well. Bathroom makes you feeling good with large room and great facilities.

“Great little hotel. Easy to get to, comfortable room with coffee maker. Have dining options on site, but we were too tired to have dinner. Bathroom was updated. Only wish we had temperature controls in the room. It got pretty hot in there. We opened the doo, but let it a lot of mosquitoes and we were eaten alive during the night. Otherwise a nice place, would recommend. ”
"Small hotel reception only available till 10 pm, but we got warm welcome when check in and the reception lady very nice to introduce the must check points to us. We got upgraded so room is a bit bigger , window can open which very Europe style. Room are tidy and clean, bed also comfortable. Breakfast area are clean and service normal Europe style breakfast which is good enough.
Will recommend for a short stay here and only within 5 mins walk to train station "
"Have free laundry , clothes dryer and free coffee and tea on 1/F, have small lift .the room has dishwasher , refrigerator for ice cream and air conditioner, nice environment for vacation "
