“Simple, no frills home. Air conditioner not working (weather was mild which made it bearable), and ice maker was broken. Need better quality and more towels and wash cloths. Only one tv in house and no end tables in some bedrooms. Owner was cooperative and did provide $200 refund. Price should be lower, however.”
