“The check in is smooth. Staff are fluent in English which makes the whole communication very clear. The room is clean and tidy. Toilet is clean too. The only problem is the basin is a bit too small. ”

“在Hotels. Com上預訂兩張單人床的房間，現場辦理住宿時卻被告知房間已滿只剩雙人床住宿。這就算了，進去房間內想洗個熱水澡，卻發現熱水器都不熱，打了客房服務也拖了很久派人來看，最後告知修不好請再多等半小時試試看會不會熱，最後以客滿的緣故告知無法換房。想請他們送招待的熱牛奶，也用裝聽不懂英文打算敷衍帶過。床上枕頭有非常明顯噁心的污漬。是個絕對會給負評的酒店，根本不值得四顆星。”

“Comfy bed and clean room. The toilet is big too. Only thing that need to improve is the check in process. Should try to limit each check in to 5 mins. Otherwise it will be a long wait for guests to check in. ”

“我們是到新加坡玩，住宿在 Swiss-Inn Batam。飯店的所在地距離最近的港口(HourborBay)搭 Taxi 要六塊多美金不算太遠。但是HourborBay到新加坡的船班每天只有四班，不是很方便。另外，飯店附近也沒有很多 Shopping 的地方，大部份時間都在飯店裡面休息。 而飯店本身的設施是非常簡易，健身中心只有三、四台設備，而且有些己經損壞不能使用。所以基本上我們並沒有使用他的健身中心。 Spa 的地方還算可以，只是舒適感不足，整體感覺不好。使用的精油似乎品質不佳，感覺不太洗得掉。 另外值得一提的是，我們沒有攜帶適合當地使用的插座轉換器，飯店人員很貼心的提供我們使用。”

“The front office staff Tania spoke good English and was very warm, courteous and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, service staff Wani n Devi was serving at the breakfast cafe. Their service was excellent. The conditions of the room was just ok to stay for a few nights, rooms was very small and there was no cupboard but there was a safe below the mirror. The hotel is directly opposite the Nagoya Food court. It is a very nice airy hawker centre serving many types of cuisines and local fare……
