“My husband rented this condo for 2 nights of our trip to the Eureka Springs area, but we only ended up leaving early and only staying for one night. I was able to get in touch with Vacasa quickly for check-out instructions. The condo was was cute, but definitely appears more rustic in person. It smells like a cabin, and we did not sit on the couch as it appeared to be damaged. We were excited about the kayaks but didn’t end up using them because there wasn’t a very easy access point nearby. Cell……

“The property is well kept and located right off 49. We stayed 3 nights to visit U of Ark which was about 30 mins drive. The condo was well supplied with your every day needs of home. Will definitely be back!”

“The flat was absolutely perfect for our anniversary weekend. The place is tucked away in a hillside, so you can still experience the natural beauty of the area, but you’re just a scenic stroll away from everything downtown (about 10 min). The place was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed (minus sugar for coffee, but there are non-sugar sweeteners). The back deck is very private and offers beautiful views. We even saw a large doe run across the hill not 25 feet from the porch.……

“Aspen was so kind, friendly, and readily available for all our questions. We were able to check in a bit early which was so nice for parking. I can't say enough about this property. Being able to walk to the shops was the best. We have stayed at many rentals in Eureka Springs over the years. This was the easiest to book and enjoy and was so nice all around. It is definitely at the top of our list. Thank you!!”
