“It was very comfortable and clean! The sheets were exceptionally soft and the bed was really comfortable. The AC was leaking the first day and they were very responsive and had it fixed in a couple hours. It was 90+ outside while we were there and the room stayed cool. I would stay here again. ”

“This property was perfect for me and my husband. Michelle had really good taste decorating this cozy space and making sure she thought of everything. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. Location was ideal-easy quick walk to downtown (plenty of restaurants!). I would certainly stay here again. ”

“The Drop Inn was a delight! Brad and Maria have all the details covered from the bike themed accents, awesome recommendations for biking/hiking trails, restaurants and things to do. Our favorite part was spent cooking on the fire, watching the fireflies at dusk and listening to the wind blowing through the tree tops.”

“Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage……

“We enjoyed our stay! The cottage is a bit tight, but extremely cute and decorated well. Perfect for 2 people. Even though we were very close to downtown, it was extremely quiet. The porch area made for some amazing morning coffee time and the firepit was perfect! They even provided firewood and fire starter materials. We didn't make a fire because of a fire ban, but appreciated the thought. Accessing the loft area seemed a bit daunting to access so we didn't use that area. The refrigerator might……

“My wife and I go to Eureka Springs yearly as a little getaway. We’ve always been on the hunt for the perfect place that has the amenities and privacy we crave, while also being able to walk to restaurants and shops. This suite is EXACTLY what we’ve spent the last 15 years looking for. The entire place was thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. “We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was absolutely perfect and the owner’s friendliness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home! We were able to host our daughter’s graduation reception at the onsite event hall and friend’s and family also commented on how beautiful Rosete Farm was! ”
