“The property was very charming, cozy and very quiet. My family likes to hang out side next to a fire. We enjoy grilling out but unfortunately the grill was not good- very rusty inside. Zero firewood at the site- had to go buy our own which is fine but that would have been nice to know before arriving- only found one place to buy it from and that was in Berryville. The tick situation was out of control- we all got ticks on us- so bad that we had to make a last minute trip after arriving to……

“My family (including an 8 year old) really enjoyed the property. Very clean cabin and such impressive construction. Bathroom is very spacious with 2 shower heads and a bathtub. Hot tub has an amazing view. Easy and fast communication with the owner. Looking forward to staying again!”

“We brought our whole extended family out for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of space for 16 of us and our dog Scooby. Beautiful property and weather. We enjoyed gathering together on the front and back porches and enjoyed the fire pit. David was very helpful and accommodating of our needs.
