“It was the cabin in the woods, peaceful. The roads are gravel but Arkansas private roads are mostly gravel. Was clean and kitchen was stocked and ready for use with the appliances cookware and utensils. Not far from town and sites. Highly recommend if you don't want a regular hotel. Oh, the Jacuzzi was fabulous.”

“Very comfortable and convenient to Holiday Island Marina. Amazing views from many of the condos. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Units are always clean considering the age of the property. Grills are dated and pool could use some attention. Grass clippings were blown onto pool patio and left. Easy fix to clean up. Overall great value, we will be back and would recommend to others. ”

“We absolutely loved the veiw and the cleanliness of the cottage The nature the quietness. The entire experience. Just wish we could have stayed longer. But the walk back up from the lake was hard on us. My husband has copd and i had hip surgery not long ago. Just wish there was a better way up and down. But we give it all in all. A 99 out of 100. Thank you all at beaver lake cottages. ”

We were looking for a place to get away and not have to do a lot of other activities and this was perfect. “Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. ”

“The property was spacious, clean, and had all that was needed to cook, warm up or make coffee. We met the two owners when they dropped something off at another unit and they were both friendly, polite, and concerned that we were while taking care of.
