“Excellent staff who were very attentive to our needs—they did not hesitate to help us book a snorkelling to Nusa Lembongan, even at 9PM the night before. The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room (Family suite) was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. We would absolutely stay here again if we went to Sanur. ”

“the workers there are very kind and helpful. During the morning, they will cook eggs and make coffee for us. The hotel is located quite a quiet area, and around 10-15 minutes walk to Sanur beach. Cozy and relaxing environment. Quite a lot of mosquitoes, but the hotel has prepared repellent spray and mosquito net for their guest. Very considerate.”

“早餐不錯, 每早有樂師在傍伴奏傳統峇里音樂 床舖舒服, 住在二樓房間需要行樓梯, 但服務員會幫忙把行李送上和送落樓下 因為淋浴間有開放式窗戶, 雖然可以落竹簾, 但有機會有蚊蟲, 和櫃檯反映後加強了電子蚊香裝置, 把問題解決到 酒店步行7分鐘到海灘, 但屬於酒店私人範圍只佔數張沙灘床, 可以放棄 酒店附近一帶有很多餐飲和按摩店, 數分鐘步行距離有中型超市”

“Satisfied with this design hotel - modern, spacious, comfortable and clean room with interior local artworks on the wall. Rooftop swimming pool and bar were nice, but the ocean view in front of the swimming pool was disappearing by another constructing hotel buildings. The breakfast and lunch was nice too.”

“這家飯店真的是屬於五星級以上的服務，餐廳的菜色雖然不是特別出色。但是比起其他當地的餐飲還是屬於上上之選，其他的設備與裝潢也是很頂級的。服務人員非常親切，值得讚賞。小朋友在自己的游泳池玩的不亦樂乎，適合全家旅遊，更適合年輕人結伴出門開趴。”

“I spent nearly a month in February at The Cozy Haven and JoJo and the team were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and the room was excellent (I stayed in the Junior Suite). The property is only a few years old, lovely interior and great space. Internet was fast. Cleaning and maintenance was excellent. It is walking distance to the main Street of Sanur close to plenty of shopping and restaurants and only 29mins to the beach. Only negative is if……

“I love Sanur, so the location of the hotel and the security were the best, with almost all kinds of restaurants nearby and it was convenient to go anywhere. The building has some aging, but it's within acceptable limits. The staff were all friendly and nice.”
