“The appearance of the room looked clean, however we tried to run a bath and we could not get the tub to fill. When packing up to leave we noticed a there was a roach in the side table. Nice staff though. Looks like they may be remodeling some of the rooms. ”

“My stay at this location was very nice. I had to add an extra day and the front desk staff made that seamless. The room was very quiet with very little noise heard from hallway or other rooms. The Bathroom was clean and that is most important to me. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows. My favorite part was the fact that I made a new friend. Evalynn did housekeeping on my floor and complimented my perfume. I left my number for her to reach out for the information and we have……

“The hotel is currently under renovation and I didn’t know that when I booked. There’s a layer of construction dust covering the air filter/vent of the Heat/AC unit. Other than that, I like how convenient it was to book and find the place. Nice clean shower and comfortable bed. Thank you.”

“The staff at this hotel are amazing! They make you feel welcome and a part of the Bella Vista family! Rooms are decorated beautifully and beds are very comfortanle! Will definitely stay again.”

“The only thing that I would request for next time is no polyester comforters or blankets. I'm allergic. Other than that we had a great time!”

“Overall we were happy. The landscaping on the property wsd unkept ( not horible) but the beds were not mulched pr maintained. Large space ( more than an inch) at the bottom of the door in our room.”
