“酒店整體整潔度有待改善，床單有非常多污垢及破洞，明顯是非常殘舊，風筒及放風筒的袋亦是髒髒的，如果對整潔有點要求，不建議入住。另一大問題是中央控制暖氣。4月初韓國絕對不凍，無大需要開暖氣。中央控制不可以調溫度我可以理解，但甚至連「開關」都沒有，服務員只建議打開窗增加空氣流通。我自己誤打誤撞用電視搖控發現冷氣反而可以開關，所以選擇了開冷氣保持較舒適的室溫。前後接觸過3位前台工作人員，有一位稍微能理解英文，另外兩位無法溝通，不過用手機即時翻譯問題不大，亦算樂意回覆問題，另外前台可以幫忙CALL的士。房間浴室很大，但由於同時有沐浴間及浴缸，以致如廁的空間比較窄，不太方便。 正面的地方是近地鐵出口，5號出口有自動扶手電梯前落，但大的行李箱有點困難，因為是只可容納一個人的窄身電梯。 整體來說，性價比太低。”

“前台英文太爛，沒有告訴我房間雪櫃內的飲料免費，也沒有告訴我大堂有免費咖啡機，問他用品包內的是什麼東西，也答不出來 用完沐浴間，整個浴室地板全濕，很容易滑倒 洗手盤和浴缸的水龍頭，每次用完都會把整個範圍打濕 水龍頭分冷熱水兩個，每次都要用兩隻手，慢慢調節溫度 馬桶的電子廁板只有韓文標示，不懂使用 反正就是洗手間範圍地雷太多，每次進入都要小心奕奕 前台雖然什麼都答不出來，但有禮，也樂意借剪刀給我用”
