“This hotel was lovely, the rooms were huge and had a massive bathroom, the hotel offers three pools, this was nice to cool down on a hot afternoon. There is a cafe in the lobby where you also get a free welcome drink, all of the staff were really helpful and super friendly at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk from the beach, many really good resturants and shops nearby and beach clubs are a short drive. ”

“Relaxing and chill place if u want to get out from all the people in Canggu. 20min scooter drive from Canggu. The hotel is located a bit remote on a small gravel road. The area have only a few restaurants with not much people. Wouldn’t go here if I wanted to be social and meet people. No surfing on the beach here Rooms are beautiful and has a high standard with good ac and very spacious. Beds are a bit hard, but pillows are really good. Restaurant is really good with fair……

“We had a wonderful stay at La Reserve. The service is immaculate. From the time I have confirmed my reservation, the rest of the arrangements are taken care of including hotel transfer, early breakfast and so on. The hotel even provides buggy service that takes us to nearby places. The staff extremely attentive, remembering our preferences from day 1. “What I attribute my exceptional experience here to is the professional, courteous, responsive and customer service oriented staff at Wasabi. Particular standouts include front office staff, Yuri, whose personality and way of being brim with competence and professionalism, servers, Kadek, Sri and Gede, housekeeper, Evlin, chefs, Sari and Nanda, and even security Komang, who always greeted me with a smile and helped me with non security needs. “The design is stunning and team is doing their best to help. Unfortunately I found it lacking comforts (very noisy outdoor, difficult to regulate A/C, noisy corridors where you hear other people/reception). It is clearly a fantastically design hotel with little hospitality in mind.”

“My late arrival was accommodated and I spent two nights in a luxurious, clean and comfortable private villa. The pool is lovely, complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff were kind and friendly. The location is perfect, under 10 min walk to a lot of great food, spa and shopping options.”

“Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach with famous beach clubs. Pool area is very pleasant, I didn’t try the spa though and the Yoga classes were not on unfortunately. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”
