“Excellent staff who were very attentive to our needs—they did not hesitate to help us book a snorkelling to Nusa Lembongan, even at 9PM the night before. The hotel itself was beautiful. “A little bit far from Sanur center but the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed at the garden Villa area with private pool which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast is acceptable and the towels are not clean enough. All in all, we are satisfied with the price we paid comparing what we got.”
