“This accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well situated. The bed was so comfy, and we appreciated having the sofa as an alternative to just sitting on the bed. “Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.”

“Lovely comfortable hotel at the end of the promenade near the harbour. I loved the location as it was only a few minutes to the main hustle & bustle of the promenade but at the quiet end so we had peace & quiet. Large comfortable modern room - bed was so soft and had the best night sleep here when travelling around Albania. Shower was great - great quality & lovely soft linen/bedding/towels - large balcony.
