“This was a great value. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is in a safe area with many restaurants within steps away from the parking lot, right off the highway, yet quiet and peaceful. “I stayed in The Horton Grand for six nights from 8/16 till 8/22 in 2024. Unbelievably, my room (#321) did not have a refrigerator, although two staff members at the front desk (reception) claimed that every room had one. “Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and always restocked with clean linens and towels. Plenty of hot water for showers. The room was fairly priced for the area. The one negative is the carpets are heavily stained and need to be replaced. Overall I would stay there again.”

“The stay was excellent. with nice, clean and spacious rooms. Most of all the front desk staff were all awesome. The price of the rooms acceptable. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there are lot of good food joints nearby. The location was good, although it can be a bit noisy at night due to being in the Gaslamp area.”
