“ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Crossroads Inn. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were drinking glasses, wine glasses and ceramic cups and saucers for a wide selection of Nespresso coffees. The innkeepers also provide a bag of food if you would like to feed their chickens! Breakfast was wonderful with local eggs, meats and fruit. We had a sumptuous four course dinner prepared by the Inn's chef with wines from the vineyard next door paired with each course. ……

“This property is absolutely lovely. I stayed for a wedding near a local vineyard & got in really late from my flight. Accessing the room was easy & it was very clean. The property owners were great & extremely friendly (despite my small interaction due to wedding things) i would stay here again just for the coziness of it all. ”

“This is a charming bed and breakfast. Anmenities are high end, so is the service. We stayed in a room circa 1752. The bedding however was more recent and very luxurious. The grounds are impeccable, with flowers and trimmed hedges everywhere. There are fields and even a little nature trail in the woods on the property. Its ideally located in Virginia wine country and in proximity to the homes of three past presidents, all of which you can visit. If you feel like shopping or eating out,……

“We changed from two-person to family (+ two kids) in the last moment. They managed to provide reasonable arrangement. The location is excellent, very close to the main street with many good restaurants. Both the free breakfast and pre-dinner wine-and-cheese are better than what we expected from a local non-chain hotel.”

Great places to curl up with a book or, enjoy the outdoor seating.
