“This property was perfect for our needs. We chose the location because of familiarity to restaurants and shopping. Our reservation started immediately with a prompt contact by owner Patrick. He responded promptly in a timely matter the few times I contacted him. The property was very clean and was very quiet during our entire stay. Parking was plentiful and very close to the unit in an adjacent and free parking lot. The 2 queen bedrooms downstairs was perfect for our needs. The gated yard front……

“Bakersfield was a midway point for our trip from San Francisco to Las Vegas so we were looking for a place to rest and spend the night. We didn’t see any of the city accept for a Walmart where I picked up an order. It was conveniently located. About half way to Bakersfield I realized I booked the wrong date but the host was gracious in letting us stay after working with VRBO on our behalf.
