“Attentive, efficient and professional service — from Front desk, concierge, room service, lobby lounge, guest service, and last but not the least, housekeeping… the hotel is very well managed and makes us feel welcomed. “住宿當天點了一份凱撒沙拉，結果裡面有頭髮，我是非常訝異的，這樣一流的飯店在飲食品質控管上沒有處理好。另外浴室天花板也掉落東西。但，飯店人員服務非常好，危機處理也很好，立刻幫我們升等到江景套房，也立刻補充我們點的餐點，且另外加了水果彌補一切。江景很美及服務人員的態度，讓我們忘了原先的缺失。謝謝🙏”

“住宿的地点和景观都非常优异，沉浸在外滩建筑群，对于我这个建筑爱好者简直是至高享受，随时随地都可以下楼散散步。这次入住恰逢灯光秀，在房间内就可以欣赏。Mia和房间服务员爱平给我们提供了非常好的入住和居住体验。晚上喝酒的话可以去楼顶，或去思南路（打车或地铁都算方便）。黄浦区的入住首选。”

“A beautiful hotel, love the balcony and the bed is very comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful. However, the room cleaning could be improve a lot, the floor with a lot stains was a bit disappointed at such room rate. And probably the hotel is too new, most taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel from local map App. ”

Service is excellent and location is right at the heart of the Bund which is perfect for visitors like myself to check out all the top tourist spots + have an evening stroll along the river. rooms are well maintained and very comfortable.”
