“This is the worst Park Hyatt I have ever visited. The building was poorly designed. Due to its height the outer wall produces a loud bang every few minutes, making it impossible to sleep. Originally we booked two nights. We had to run away after the first night. They promised a refund which never happened. I think this is also the cheapest Park Hyatt I had stayed at. No wonder its price is so low because customers won’t likely come back. Avoid at all costs. ”

The view was amazing at the top and our room had an amazing view as well. The customer service here is top tier from the doorman at the front to the cleaning ladies. Everyone here was so welcoming and nice!”
