“This was a nice little apartment for my short stay.Other than the stairs which I didn’t know about until just before I arrived, it was exactly as described. Clean and nicely decorated. It is a little loud in the neighborhood but even that was addresses with the amenities. I would definitely use again.”

“Minor things: the smell of soap was a little too strong when I first arrived. I had to move the bed to open the window. The high table and chairs were OK but not my preference. One night, there wasn’t enough hot water; I was barely able to complete my shower.”

When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this……
