“This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. “The is property was a great home base for our family between all of the wedding activities. A 30 minute walk into town was a nice bonus. Home was clean and well appointed.”

“My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes.……

“It's a great place. Everything is spotless. All appliances are new. The host stayed in communication with us throughout the trip. Great pool. Plenty of space for everyone. Quiet neighborhood. Good grocery stores within a mile distance. Whiskeytown Lake and Lake Shasta are about 15 minutes away. Would love to comeback next near!”

“Our stay was wonderful. The house is very well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Kitchen area is large and well stocked with all essentials that makes you feel like at home. Nice touch with the stocked coffee bar. Everything is well labeled and easy to find. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to the freeway. Overall, we had an exceptional stay. Thank you!”
