“Wonderful Beach vacation, the condo is perfect. There is a lot of space. The bathrooms are spacious and nice. The kitchen is wonderful you can see the ocean out every front window. “It was a great 5-night stay for our 5-person family. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything we expected. Very clean. Beds were good. Pool and sand showers were well maintained. The stored beach chairs and umbrellas were rusty so bring your own if that's a problem for you. If you need shade on the beach, I'd suggest looking into a very sturdy umbrella or other sturdy canopy since the breeze is constant and strong throughout the day (which is nice for staying cool on hot days, but……

“Grandparents, parents and kids had a fantastic time at Cottage Place! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 teens. Perfect combination of hangout space and (upstairs, downstairs, decks and yard) and private space in the 6 nice sized bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals and the large dining room table allowed us all to eat together! The view was spectacular from the decks and inside the house. The walk to the almost private beach was short and easy for all. Just a tip,……

"During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
