“This was our first time vacationing in Wrightsville Beach and this house did not disappoint. We are a family of 6 with a few additional significant others and this house provided plenty of space for all of us (plenty of bathrooms, beds, etc). Check-in was very easy and the house was spotless when we arrived. We had a minor accident (while using one of the rocking chairs on the deck we accidentally broke a window! :( And the company was responsive and understanding. I would highly recommend……

“We loved our week here! A perfect spot for a multi-generation gathering from age 4 to 78. The location is so close to the beach (with lifeguards), but away from the real crowds at other beach accesses. The back deck overlooking the sound is magnificent. All the house amenities were a huge hit - fitness room, pool and ping pong tables, grill and paddle boards. We couldn't have asked for more. ”

“It was a great 5-night stay for our 5-person family. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything we expected. Very clean. Beds were good. Pool and sand showers were well maintained. The stored beach chairs and umbrellas were rusty so bring your own if that's a problem for you. If you need shade on the beach, I'd suggest looking into a very sturdy umbrella or other sturdy canopy since the breeze is constant and strong throughout the day (which is nice for staying cool on hot days, but……

“Grandparents, parents and kids had a fantastic time at Cottage Place! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 teens. Perfect combination of hangout space and (upstairs, downstairs, decks and yard) and private space in the 6 nice sized bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals and the large dining room table allowed us all to eat together! The view was spectacular from the decks and inside the house. The walk to the almost private beach was short and easy for all. Just a tip,……
