“Just perfect getaway-quiet and peaceful with a great restaurant next door and lovely beach area. Can't wait to go back! Suite was spacious and clean and had all I needed.”

“The property was great because it’s so close to the beach. You can tell most things inside are old or outdated (like the tiny TV’s). The pool was closed and that wasn’t disclosed to us when we booked the suite. Overall, however it was a good stay and worked nicely for our family to stay a couple nights to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UNCW. We will book again if the prices don’t get too high for what it’s worth. Hopefully they will update some things before our next stay…. ”

“This is listed as a five bedroom five bath house. Two of the bedrooms are in the basement and are Rough. I would not want to sleep down there. You have to go through unfinished areas to access and those two bedrooms are accessed by two separate exterior doors, and do not connect. It’s a nice house with plenty of room but needs a deep cleaning and bug treatment.”

“Very musty smell. Needs deep clean, fresh coat of paint. But main thing was musty smell which property management company didn't acknowledge. Great location close to beach. With a small bit of work could be a 4-5 out of 5.”

“This property was spacious and clean — I could smell bleach cleaner when I first opened the door. The paint and floors could use a little freshening up but the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. We had an issue with the washing machine during our stay and Bryant responded quickly to get it resolved”

“We enjoyed the house. It had everything we needed for a long weekend. Some of the group thought the beds were too firm but that’s a personal preference.”

“The property was just as advertised. Great view of the intercoastal, close to beach access, and convenient for coffee and drinks. Will definitely stay again!”
